Andy Fell

Founder, GiFT631 and #Youth4Good

Andy is passionate about helping people strive to reach their true potential. He loves all arenas from the big conference stage to a coaching walk and talk. He also loves delivering his life skills masterclasses and leadership/talent and youth development. Andy believes life is amazing when you live your passion and purpose – it shows up in all you do.

 

Felicity Green

Associate Director, Spark Strategy

Spark Strategy believes there’s something extraordinary that happens when an idea gets the opportunity to flourish, to find its feet, and through nourishment and encouragement, changes everything. They believe ideas spark brighter futures and they’re about unearthing these ideas and bringing them to life and they work to unleash potential and transform organisations and the societies in which they live.

Felicity brings an international perspective to her engagements, a result of her professional and academic experience. Graduating from Peking University with an MBA, Felicity entered the corporate consulting world as a business transformation adviser. A founding member of the Spark team, Felicity has facilitated international strategy projects, developed expertise in NFP go-to-market approaches and was co-author of the briefing paper for the National Mental Health Commission review.

 

Sam McCue

Writer, Editor, Trainer

Sam McCue, a writer and editor for more than 25 years, is a sought after trainer. She has delivered her business writing courses to more than 3000 people and has coached dozens of individuals to improve their writing and achieve their professional goals. Sam’s courses are fun and practical. They cover the principles of clear writing and effective editing, and include tailored sessions focusing on reports, emails, letter and ministerial documents.

After completing a journalism cadetship, Sam worked as a journalist and sub-editor. She has also worked as a ministerial media adviser and senior communications manager in the NT Government and has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
