Arlula’s Croc Pitch 2025 win featured by InnovationAus
Sydney space-tech Arlula — winner of Croc Pitch 2025 — has been featured in InnovationAus for Geostack, its near real-time satellite imagery platform backed by up to $1m from Paspalis Capital. Read the story and see why the NT is the ultimate testbed.
Arlula is on a roll. Fresh off winning Croc Pitch 2025 at the Darwin Innovation Hub, the Sydney-based space-tech startup has been profiled by InnovationAus for Geostack — a platform that orchestrates multiple satellite operators to deliver imagery in minutes, not days. That speed changes the game for defence, disaster response, mining and environmental monitoring.
“We’re in the middle of a funding round and having Paspalis come on as a lead investor gives us huge momentum,” said co-founder and CEO Sebastian Chaoui.
Why it matters:
- Up to $1 million in investment from Paspalis Capital (subject to due diligence) accelerates Arlula’s commercial roadmap.
- Northern Australia offers a real-world proving ground — five million km² of maritime territory with real surveillance challenges that satellites can address at scale.
- The Croc Pitch platform connects founders directly with customers and investors across the NT and Southeast Asia, reinforcing Darwin’s role as a regional innovation hub.
