Croc Pitch 2025 was an unforgettable celebration of innovation in the Northern Territory. The Darwin innovation ecosystem came together in full force, filling the room with investors, entrepreneurs, government, and community. The energy on the day proved that when the Territory comes together, big things happen.
This year’s finalists travelled from across Australia and around the world to pitch their ideas in Darwin. Their decision to bring groundbreaking solutions to the Top End shows that the Northern Territory is more than a backdrop — it is a sought-after destination to testbed innovation. From deep-tech to sustainable futures, Croc Pitch demonstrated the Territory’s role as a launchpad for bold ideas with global potential.
We want to thank everyone who joined us in person and online, and the organisations that make this innovation ecosystem thrive. Your support is what makes Croc Pitch such a powerful platform for startups and investors alike.

A special thank you
We are especially grateful to Minister Robyn Cahill OAM, Minister for Trade, Business and Asian Relations, for attending Croc Pitch 2025 and announcing this year’s winner. Her presence made the day even more meaningful — coming exactly one year to the day since she gave her first speech as Minister at the Darwin Innovation Hub. To have her return to celebrate the Territory’s entrepreneurs and investors highlights the Northern Territory Government’s commitment to growing innovation and investment in the Top End.
Croc Pitch isn’t just a competition. It is a showcase of what’s possible when the Darwin innovation ecosystem welcomes the world. Thank you for making Croc Pitch 2025 a success — we can’t wait to see what’s next.
