Darwin Innovation Hub has been selected by BUSYBusiness to lead the deliver of the Australian Government’s Digital Solutions program in the Northern Territory.
The four-year program for small businesses across Australia brings free workshops, webinars and online learning along with highly subsidised private 1:1 advisory sessions to qualifying businesses.
Darwin Innovation Hub’s Digital Solutions Program Manager, Dante St James is no stranger to the program.
Having worked on this program since 2018, I have seen thousands of businesses guided through the overwhelm of digital tools, social media and the online economy. This latest round of the program includes accessible expertise to emerging technology support, such as with AI and automation.
In partnership with BUSYBusiness, the Digital Solutions Program is open to businesses who:
- Have 19 or less employees
- Operate on a for-profit basis
- Have an ABN registered within the NT, WA or QLD
- Are located within the NT, WA or QLD
- Is a registered business in Australia
Sole traders with no employees are also eligible.
Accessing the programs workshops, webinars and online learning is free. To access up to five hours of private support from an approved advisor costs $110 including GST for the whole program.
Businesses who access the program’s private advisory sessions via a single ABN cannot access any further sessions under that same ABN after their five hours have been completed.

- introduction to digitalising your small business
- social media, digital marketing and selling online
- using business software
- AI and emerging technologies
- cybersecurity and data privacy
