Toward a mentally healthy workplace
Before the Masterclass, the Institute is hosting an information session.
In this presentation we will look at the concept of a mentally health workplace from the perspective of both the individual and the manager and leader. For individuals, the need to proactively develop resilience, better understand and manage change and to balance work and life more effectively is the challenge. But this is often easier said than done.
It is imperative then that Managers and leaders understand and accept their responsibilities to develop a workplace that is not only productive and efficient but importantly to develop an environment where both physical and mental health and safety is paramount, and employees fell encouraged and included.
Breakfast Session: $50pp
