managing and valuing diversity

The Institute of Managers and Leaders is looking forward to bringing their first The Essence of Leadership (TEL) Talk to Darwin in 2019 – Managing and Valuing Diversity.

In today’s highly diverse organisations, the ability to work with people having diverse values and cultures is extremely important. • Be provided with the tools and resources to manage and value diversity in not only the workplace but in everyday life.
