Third Wednesday October – Taking you to the stars and beyond
With the establishment of the Australian Space Agency, the Australian Government has set a goal for tripling the size of the domestic space industry to AU$12 billion and employing 30,000 people by 2030.
The Territory is ideally positioned to contribute to this growth by hosting key space industry infrastructure and services including ground station systems, space launch, stratospheric ballooning facilities and downstream space industries.
Join us this month for Third Wednesday to hear from Chief Executive Officer Aliena, Dr Mark Lim, Chief Executive Officer Equatorial Launch Australia, Carley Scott and Chief Executive Officer Black Sky Aerospace, Blake Nikolic who will provide insights into the current activities taking place in the Australia and Singaporean Space Industry, the opportunities for the Northern Territory and how you can get involved.
Third Thursday (for this month Third Wednesday), is a monthly networking event which brings together government, industry representatives, innovators, entrepreneurs, start-ups, mentors, investors, researchers and students to connect, openly engage, collaborate and exchange ideas that will help support to fulfil professional ambitions.
