Guide: What do you want to be known for?

This was the topic of our Tuesday evening workshop hosted by Entrepreneur in Residence, Dante St James – exploring both the business question and the personal question.

There’s a lot riding on this business or startup that you began. But there’s one question you’re probably not asking.

Regardless of the business you started, this is the one question that you need to ask in order to understand almost everything you do in that business.

But few people tell you to ask this question. So, what do you want to be known for? Is it a product? A service? A feeling? An outcome? How you choose will determine not only what you’re known for, but what legacy you’re building.

In this discovery workshop we covered:

1. Work through a key set of questions that help define your “known for” answer
2. Look at what others have defined as theirs and how it worked out for them
3. Take home a framework that lets you review this regularly
4. See how answer this question affects your entire business.

Missed the session? You can use this interactive guide to answer the question for yourself.
