Thank you to the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade and Austrade for hosting a fantastic evening of networking followed by an incredible panel of speakers to talk about future engagement opportunities for the Northern Territory.
We had the pleasure of hearing from Australia’s Ambassador to Timor-Leste, Mr Peter Roberts; Australia’s Consul-General to Chennai, Ms Susan Grace; Australia’s Consul-General to Shanghai, Mr Dominic Trindade; Director Northern Territory, Austrade, Mr Martin Ferreyra and Darwin Innovation Hub’s Program Director, Ms Wendy Pech.
The event provided an opportunity to hear from senior Australian diplomats based in Timor-Leste, India and China on opportunities for innovation engagement in their respective countries, followed by reflections from Darwin Innovation Hub’s Wendy Pech and an overview of Austrade’s role in supporting Australian startups through the Landing Pads program.
