Growth Facilitator

Patrick is a Growth Facilitator at the Darwin Innovation Hub responsible for guiding companies through the Growth element of the Australian Government’s Entrepreneurs Program.

Patrick brings a depth of experience in Credit and Financial Risk Management, Sales Management, Business Development, Inclusive Leadership, Business Strategy Development and Implementation, Commercialisation and Business Operations, over 28 years working with both large corporations as well as small to mid-sized businesses across different industries, including and not limited to Financial Services, Telecommunications, Oil and Gas, FMCG and Manufacturing in the APAC region.

Besides his numerous past senior management leadership roles with US Fortune 500 companies, Patrick is also an entrepreneur, who started a food processing company and exports the company’s products across Asia.  His extensive corporate experience coupled with his entrepreneurial and business acumen is what he is leveraging to be highly successful in his role as a facilitator, supporting and helping businesses in the NT in their growth journey, scaling to a greater height.

Patrick is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese as well as able to converse in basic Japanese. He graduated in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from the University of San Francisco in the United States of America.
