Territory Proud celebrates 500th Member at Darwin Innovation Hub
With over 500 members, Territory Proud is one of the largest member-based business networks in the Territory and recently celebrated their 500th member at Darwin Innovation Hub.
Led by Chair, Donna-Marie James and a 100% voluntary committee, the Territory Proud celebration included Chief Minister Lia Finocchiaro, Minister for Trade, Business & Asian Relations, Robyn Cahill, Leader of the Opposition, Selena Uibo and nearly 100 guests from businesses large and small.
Around twenty businesses took the opportunity to display their products and services, showcasing the entrepreneurial spirit of the Territory and the chance to get a photo taken with the Chief Minister and dignitaries.
Darwin Innovation Hub Start NT Manager encouraged those in attendance to “Take advantage of the networks you are part of. They are a source, not only of new business, but of opportunities that go far beyond your regular circle.”
The Chief Minister applauded the organisation for reaching the important milestone and reinforced the government’s commitment to business and growing the economy through attracting new migrants, partnering with international markets and opening long-delayed major project pipelines.
Darwin Innovation Hub is a proud sponsor of the event and equally enthusiastic member of Territory Proud.
