Some things to consider:

We’re looking for new solutions that create immediate impact for residents, visitors or businesses – get creative! It might be shading, or wayfinding, whimsical art installations, markets or pop up events.

Ultimately, creating a better Darwin city is about more than infrastructure – relationships and activation are just as important. Re-imagine what a better connected city community would like.

Why should you get involved?

– You have an idea that would make it easier, safer or more enjoyable to spend time in the city
– You want to be part of a movement that’s helping to create a city that is more connected, greener, cooler or just more fun to be in!
– You want to work with Activate Darwin to move the city forward.
– You want to put your talent and skills to use and have an impact on the place you live.

What happens if you win?

Activate Darwin will provide the funds and we’ll work with local partners to provide the technical support to bring your idea to life, if needed.
