Video: Advocating for AI at Work

You attract more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. Which is something a lot of AI advocates are forgetting in 2026.

The arrival of AI in our businesses and workplaces has opened up a can of worms that has brought out the extremes.

Cybersecurity and IT teams are wanting to pump the brakes or push everyone into a Microsoft tool that no one wants to use. But the AI Accelerators are pushing us all into using AI for everything with an attitude that we can fix the problems later.

We obviously can’t be at either ends of that spectrum – so there has to be a messy middle case somewhere.

In this quick 30-minute exploration of advocating for AI at work on Tuesday February 10, we’ll look at:

1. Starting with trust, not tech
2. Implementing influence
3. Demonstrating value
4. Investing in capability
5. Partnering with compliance

Once you’ve watched the video, you can revisit what you learned at our interactive guide here.
