We have technically superior video conferencing and presentation platforms with advanced infrastructure to support any function, seminar or social configuration. The venue also has complete Audio Visual Equipment including PA system, microphone, lectern and stages.

The venue is fully airconditioned, has tea and coffee-making facilities available anytime throughout your event and we have kitchen points that can be accessed when required, please ask our friendly staff should you need to use this facility.

The Darwin Innovation Hub offers mouth watering catering for you to book at your convenience.

We can organise catering to suit your needs and dietary requirements. Order morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, fresh fruit platters and/or even full service 3 course lunches. Beverage packages can also be ordered with or without alcohol. Let our staff know if you would like self-serve or have our staff serve your guests. Not only that, when you use our meeting and conference rooms, all attendees have access to our complimentary tea and coffee station.

We have flexible rates and booking times. The Darwin venue can be hired on an hourly rate, for a half-day or full-day.

If you’re a member of the Darwin Innovation Hub you’re entitled to discounted rates for hosting your events at the Hub, it also give you a 10% discount on ticket purchases for events held at the Hub.
